my kind of wonderful

this post has been in 'edit' form since Oct 11th. i've tried uploading an accompanying video, with great frustration and no success! so.. cade has his first 'drum fest' (sounds way cooler than recital) on the 11th. the song he chose was "say it ain't so" by weezer. i ran in from my super saturday to meet my parents and rob and the boys. cade had rob do a faux hawk with green, wore his weezer shirt, brought his new ac/dc drum sticks, and rocked out. i'm not kidding...i had tears of pride welling in my eyes. cade, you're a stud and you done me proud.
